This site was designed with one purpose in mind. To help people that are struggling with a relationship break up.Now, I am not a professional in the field, but, I think that I can bring something to the table based on my experiences. You see, I come from a family of four children. Between the four of us, there have been eleven marriages and nine divorces. My sister is the record holder here. She has racked up four divorces. The family record is five and that was my uncle, who actually married and divorced the same woman twice. My brothers favorite joke is that our sister needs one to tie and two to take the record.
My other brother always jokes around and tells everyone about how odd it is that all of his wives had the same first name and when they ask what that name was, he replies "Plaintiff". Attorneys love him.
But, seriously, relationship problems are NOT a joke. They hurt, they're confusing and a lot of the time, they come right out of left field, when you least suspect them. So what do you do? How to you handle the situation? Do you want to know how to get back with your ex or are you relieved about the break up?
When a break up happens, there are so many things running through your head, it can make you dizzy. That is especially true if your relationship has been a long term one. My oldest brother had been married for twenty-five years and got divorced. He was actually relieved, but had no idea of how to start dating again. I'm sure a lot of people have found themselves in that exact situation. We lived in different states, so I sat down and made him a check list of does and don'ts. You see, I had been single for almost twenty years after a three year marriage in my early twenties and if there was one subject that I had a lot of experience in, it was dating.
